I think it's important to talk about experiences. Whether it is experiences in visiting a place be it restaurant, theme park or maybe it's experiences with customer service of a particular store. Good or bad.
I find myself quite often telling friends and family about what an amazing experience I've had and how they should go visit. Sometimes it's about an awful experience that I've had. (They have been few and far between) but I think it's important.
Word of mouth is powerful. Very. It helps businesses and the people who frequent them.
There have been times when I have had to speak to a manager and the outcome was that he was thankful that I apporached him. Sometimes it takes someone to point something out to make something better for all of us.
Saying nothing helps no one.
Of course this is just my opinion but I believe in giving kudos to companies and places when they are deserved and in the end it helps all of us to enjoy our visits.
